Sandbag
Place sandbag in front of feet. Sit back with your eyes forward. Grab the sandbag, exploding through legs and hips. Clean the sandbag in one smooth movement. Lower or drop the sandbag to the ground. Repeat.

Shouldering
Turn sandbag vertically between the legs. Squat and grab the middle of the bag. Explode and bring the sandbag onto one shoulder. Lower or drop the sandbag to the ground. Repeat.
Crescent squat
Shoulder the sandbag. Go into a full squat. As you come out of the squat, press the sandbag over the head and lower onto the opposite shoulder. Squat and repeat.
Zercher squat
Clean sandbag to the chest. Let go of the sandbags so that it rests on the forearms and biceps. Squat and keep the core activated at all times
Zercher Lunge
Clean the sandbag and let go of the handles so that it is resting on the forearms and biceps. Step forward or backwards and lunge.
Rotational throw
Grab the sandbag by your feet and rotate and throw the bag away from you.
