Double Clean
Indian clubs
Place the Indian club/s on the outside of the leg. Swing back and bring it to a stop in front of the body. The wrist is parallel to the ground. Keep the club close to the body and squeeze your elbows in. Repeat.
   
Double Pendulum
Clean the Indian clubs. Swing side to side in front of the body. Rotate with your foot & hips toward the side you are swinging.
Double Swipe
This is an extension of the clean with more continuous movement. The Indian club/s comes over and behind your shoulder. From there it is swung back to the starting position.. This is done in one continuous movement. Be sure to clench the glutes hard.
 
Double Overhead press
Bring the Indian club/s behind the head. Press overhead and slightly in front of the body. You can combine this with the swipe for a great exercise.
Alternating presses
 Clean two or one clubs. Raise them back and behind the shoulders. Press one overhead and then as you are lowering it press the other overhead.
Skiing
 Swinging two clubs forwards and backwards, while keeping the hips low. Speed and movement are the key here.
