How are your training goals going this year? Did you make a plan?

Don’t make it so complex that you can’t follow it. Allow for some flexibility in there and go for it. Make sure you have a healthy balance of training, rest, and nutrition. Keep a journal and focus on your goals. Training shouldn’t be fun all the time (you are not challenging yourself hard enough if it is)

Now go for it. Success is waiting for you.
