I really like this quote as it stirs something inside me. It wills me to dare and
overcome the obstacles along the way to success. Too often we are faced with an
arduous task and we get busy planning how to attack it. By the time we start we
are already exhausted.
Even a perfect plan will not guarantee success.
Let me state here that there is, for me, a clear
distinction between failure, quitting
and attempting to succeed. If you set out with no a plan then you are bound to fail.
If you stop trying then quitting is your choice. Success is the hardest of these
three and you will have to endure the failure to get there.
If you have focal endurance then you are bound to succeed in whatever you do.
Whether you fail or succeed is all in your hands. In quitting you have failed only
yourself. Your success may not come in completing the task but in the journey itself.
